Adem Çelik holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kocaeli University, graduating in 2004, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Marmara University, completed in 2007. He embarked on his maritime career with Karadeniz Holding, initially serving as a Maintenance and Repair Engineer from 2012 to 2014. He then advanced to the role of Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor within the same company, a position he held from 2014 to 2019.
From December 2023 till now, he is working at Bulktech Ship Management as a Technical Manager.
